Patients should ensure that the dental products that their dentist or denturist prescribe are made by a registered dental technician. In addition patients should be aware of where that dental product was made.  Some products are made off-shore and may not be made by regulated providers who follow regulatory safety standards.  Ask your dentist or denturist where the product was made and what materials were used in the fabrication of that product. You have a right to know that your dental products meet professional safety standards and were made by a registered dental technician in British Columbia.
